Returning customer reached out regarding Laminate flooring replacement, his dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded his kitchen.
BEFORE
The client was extremely happy with the end result because he called us on short notice, his unit was up for sale and he was pinched by time. We had to remove the old water damaged flooring on Friday evening and we had to dry the concrete floor from the water that was soaked in. We have managed to save the existing baseboards so we can reuse them, that saved the client a good 1 000 $ !
The new flooring selected by the client was a bit darker than the original but at the end it looked amazing, giving the Bright White kitchen cabinets really sharp look which was the winning ticket !
After the subfloor was completely dry we installed the new underlay and new floor. Finishing the boundaries of the flooring with nice baseboards at the walls, shoe mold around the kitchen cabinets and fresh coat of paint. Everything was done in 3 days so the client can close his deal.
